Advertising Coordinator at Officeworks, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life!Championing the production and implementation of all advertising materials, including catalogues, television, cinema, radio, press, magazines, advertorials, outdoor displays, and digital content, this role is varied, dynamic and fast-paced.With a focus on managing the advertising internal production process, you will coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all materials meet brand and advertising standards. Taking a brand custodian position, you will be instrumental in the protection of the Officeworks identity in all catalogue and advertising materials.Managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment calls for exceptional time management and attention to detail. Additionally, supporting our influencer program and serving as a key contact across the marketing team, an ability to facilitate seamless collaboration and consistency is valued.
About youThis exciting opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to see their work make an impact, and looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive team.
Key attributes:- 1-2 years marketing experience; tertiary study in Marketing preferred
- Proficient in coordinating with advertising agencies and supporting influencer programs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can manage a heavy workload efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage upwards.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Monday.com well regarded.
