We are currently working on 2 opportunities for enthusiastic, Collections Officers to work for a large US owned business with a long history of growth and innovation. This is a unique and dynamic service provider who have successfully led the way in this industry by embracing technology and providing superior service to their customers.
After a recent acquisition, we are now looking for 2 suitable Accounts Assistants to assist with Collections for approximately a 6-week assignment.
Responsibilities include:
• High volume collection of all overdue debts
• Investigating and resolving customer queries
• Review problem accounts
• Liaise with customer service, sales and internal staff about status of customer accounts
• Ad hoc accounts administration
Experience required:
• Previous experience within an Accounts based role and happy to manage the collections
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good skills in negotiating
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Willingness to learn
