Property Manager - Albert Park AreaWorking in a brand new, modern, clean and friendly high end office, with up to 2 days work from home, this is a Property Manager role for the elite.
Working with a friendly, collaborative team of ~25 staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for!
The role is taking over the Department Manager's portfolio of circa 155 high end properties (apartments, townhouses mostly) around the inner suburbs (Albert Park/Port Melbourne). This portfolio is more modern, higher rent ($800+ per week) properties.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some admin support
- Manage your own portfolio of 155 properties, residential high end
Using PropertyMe systems, with no rostered weekends (as you have leasing support) this role is available only due to growth in the company and not having enough PM's to cover the portfolio.
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Super (With commissions)
- Phone & laptop are provided, car parking free all day behind office 80% of the time, otherwise paid parking $12/day approx (rare)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
