Collections Team Leader required for leading company based in City Fringe (Close to Public Transport). This is a busy Collections Team that requires a proactive positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
After completion of training the role will be 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, expected working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Managing a team of credit / collection agents your key responsibilities in the role include:
- Management of team members and performance outcomes
- Reviewing collection activities and improvements
- Maximise recoveries for the organisation
- Handle and resolve queries
- Recommend actions to delinquent accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service through building and maintaining relationships
- Ensure all compliance and legislation requirements are met
- Prior Debt recovery/Collections/Credit experience preferred
- Prior Team Leader experience
- Experience is credit and/or collection strategies
- Ability to build relationships
- High attention to detail
- Strong negotiation, problem solving skills and communication skills
- Strong Excel and reporting skills required
