$94,924.56 to $101,303.50  Annually  + up to 12% super

This exciting opportunity will see you lead the Library Collections and Systems Team as well as being an active member of the Library Leadership Team. You will have experience in the management of library Collections and Systems, including managing budget and reviewing and developing policies, guidelines and briefing notes.

• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in leading business improvements using a project management approach.
• Proven experience using evidence-based data to track customer changing trends.
• Experience in managing large budgets.
• An understanding of evolving public library collection management practices.
• Experience in working with suppliers and stakeholders ensuring content, systems and technology continue to meet the needs of public library customers.
• A solid understanding of public library software and Systems management.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• You will have a qualification which confers eligibility for professional membership (Associateship) of the Australian Library and Information Association, or qualification in the areas of information management, business management, information communication technology, or related discipline.
