As a key player, you will support people with disability by providing quality care. As a Team Leader you will work on shift with clients, communicate, train and support staff, and liaise with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct to support participants in ways that are respectful and inclusive.
- Communicate and collaborate with participants, allied health practitioners, other stakeholders and staff.
- Support participants to achieve their goals, build participant independence through building capacity and community access.
- Collaborate with workforce planning in regard to rostering, staffing and matching work capabilities and participant needs.
- Medical and administrative record keeping and reporting.
- Offer administrative and data entry support for workforce planning.

Requirements:
- Experience in the disability Industry (All screening checks).
- Experience with SOP's and Risk Assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience leading a team of staff
- Full Driver's License
- High-intensity care experience preferred.
- Cert III in Disability preferred.

This position is paid as per the SCHADS Home Care - Level 5 Pay Point 1, plus Superannuation and Q Leave.
