The Position
The College Registrar is responsible for all matters relating to the enrolment process of the College. In particular they are the liaison with prospective pupils, parents, and feeder schools. They are expected to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the College’s vision, mission and values; history and traditions; teaching and learning programs; co-curricular programs and facilities, communicating these to prospective parents and students in a positive way. They report to the Director of Development and Community Relations and work as part of the wider team.

Key Requirements
Previous experience working in an equivalent role
High level computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and specified College software programs (Synergetic and SIMON)
Knowledge of MACS Enrolment Policy and procedures
Familiarity with Enquiry Tracker or similar enrolment software (desirable)
Current member of Educate Plus and/or Catholic Development Network (desirable)
Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Diplomatic, tactful and professional in your approach
Strong ability to work collaboratively, independently and creatively within a team
Understands the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail
Ability to produce informative enrolment reports and analysis
Demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and an understanding of the importance of charism and spiritual tradition in the life of an order-owned Catholic school
A commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children
A current Working with Children Check (employee) and National Police Check are essential requirements for this position or current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
This position is full time, ongoing. Commencement ideally within Term 1, 2024 (March)
