About the Role
As a Colour Variations Administrator, you will effectively assist the Sales Estimating team with administration and tenders while learning Coral Homes processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Effectively and accurately review documentation for variations
- Manage client enquiries
- Provide guidance to clients on the variation signing process
- Estimating administrative duties
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Previous experience with a residential builder is desired
- Experience in an interior design/decorating role a would be considered an advantage, or undertaking a relevant qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Solid problem solving skills, strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Trade or tertiary qualification in a construction related discipline is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly analytical with a strong ability to problem-solve
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
