About the Role

As a Colour Variations Administrator, you will effectively assist the Sales Estimating team with administration and tenders while learning Coral Homes processes and procedures.  Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Effectively and accurately review documentation for variations
• Manage client enquiries 
• Provide guidance to clients on the variation signing process
• Estimating administrative duties 

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Previous experience with a residential builder is desired 
• Experience in an interior design/decorating role a would be considered an advantage, or undertaking a relevant qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Solid problem solving skills, strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Trade or tertiary qualification in a construction related discipline is highly desired
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly analytical with a strong ability to problem-solve
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
