With excellent communication, time management and organisational skills you have the ability to think creatively, develop programs and implement systems.As our Physiotherapist you will provide exercise, mobility and movement services to our Residents, implementing, developing, and maintaining exercise physiology programs aligned to the Southern Cross Care ethos for personal and innovative client outcomes. Just as no two people are the same, neither are two days and your focus will be to keep our Residents engaged.Your role will include:- Delivering quality physiotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of our Residents using a person-centred approach treatments in line with best practice principles.
- Attend to client referrals in a timely manner and ensure that follow-ups are completed for referrals as required.
- Communicate with all appropriate parties including documentation of hours, rostering and timesheets.
- Conduct ongoing, scheduled and regular reviews of residents' care, their goals, mobility, pain management and falls risk and safety interventions; and maintaining an up-to-date record of these client reviews.
- Communicate openly and professionally with residents, referrers, care, and support staff at all levels, to ensure appropriate and achievable level of care for all residents.
- Attending and participating in meetings, including multidisciplinary, staff and management meetings as directed by your manager.There is an opening for a Physiotherapist to travel and work between 2 of our facilities:Banora Point Location: 3-7 Leisure Drive, Banora Point New South Wales 2486

Tweed Heads Location: 1-9 Blundell Blvd, Tweed Heads South New South Wales 2486This role will involve travelling between the two locations and is a full time role.The salary for this role is between $96,000 + Not for profit benefits + SuperJob Requirements:- Bachelor Of Physiotherapy
- Min of 1 year clinical experience in Australia
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current valid driver's license and own vehicle
- NDIS Workers Screening & Orientation
- Be fully vaxxed - COVID-19 & FluWe will also consider applicants from appropriately qualified Exercise PhysiologistsDesirable Skills:Comprehensive experience, knowledge and skills in the aged care setting
