Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Executive to join the Sealy team in Queensland. Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Queensland Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding commercial partnerships across various sectors including hotels, motels, interior design and more. Additionally, you’ll drive sales growth and foster strong relationships with key commercial clients.



Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Account Executive at Sealy, your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling Premium and Ultra-Premium Bedding Solutions: Present our high-quality products to commercial clients including hotels, interior designers and more, emphasising their benefits and features and educating them on the Sealy Point of Difference.
  • Managing Commercial Accounts: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Driving Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to commercial clients.

About You

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated individual with the following attributes:

  • Sales Experience in Commercial Markets: Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within commercial sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, or corporate.
  • Experience Selling Premium Brands: Your experience selling value in premium products into the corporate market will ensure your success.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Commitment to Learning: Sealy invests in employee success through market-leading training programs. You should be eager to continually learn and enhance your skills.
