Job Description
In this role, this individual will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Analysing and monitoring the site's financial performance and determining any corrective actions required.
- Supporting productivity by providing clear cost to serve analysis to aid decision making and monitoring benefit delivery.
- Providing guidance and coaching to the Leadership and Operations teams in regard to financial performance management.
- Provide financial performance insights, highlighting opportunities, measures of success, and trackability.
- Standardise financial performance reporting, ensuring daily, weekly and monthly requirements are addressed.
- Accurately forecast each cost centre's volume and financial commitments.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
- Worked in a financial or commercial analyst role with operational experience
- Finance or business related degree and/or working towards a professional qualification desirable.
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience
- Solid planning and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel experience and financial modelling skills.
