- Manage & govern the CPSC operational process design and Knowledge content

You are central to the overall management and governance of Commercial, Property & Speciality Claims (CPSC) process design and documentation, maintenance of Knowledge articles and adherence and delivery to the Insurance Quality Framework.You are accountable for ensuring consistent process design principles, protocols for amend, documenting and updating processes in Knowledge and undertaking the periodic review of Knowledge articles as they become due. You will also work closely with the Insurance QA team embedding the QA framework in our execution of the
Commercial Claims QA Program.You will partner with Technical Coaches, Technical Specialists and Leaders and other
Commercial Claims Specialists to enable robust process design and QA program effectiveness across
Commercial Claims.This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.
What you'll do- Deliver process design and governance best practices, aligning with Suncorp Group and ICO expectations as well as the CPSC strategy
- Ongoing change governance, maintenance and improvement of the Commercial Claims procedural knowledge management system (i.e., Knowledge) ensuring the robustness of internal controls, code and regulatory compliance and customer advocacy embedded and documented in operational process and proposed operational changes.
- Act as subject matter expert and champion of claims tools (e.g., Knowledge, Infmo, 360, Workbench etc)
- Provide oversight of completion of the Commercial Claims Quality Audit program and deliver high level insights and reporting to leadership teams stemming from analysis of QA outcomes and root causes
- Identify initiatives and work with Technical Coaches and Specialists and supplier relationship team to improve operational and supply chain performance and adherence to risk controls, code and regulatory requirements through process improvement and change initiatives
- Act as Subject Matter Expert support on Commercial Claims process design and operational activity together with Quality Audit Program to Group, C&PI and Commercial Claims strategic initiatives
What you'll bring- Robust understanding of process design and governance practices to deliver process consistency, design approval and implementation of process change, including utilising system-based tools such as customer workbench (Knowledge) to document processes.
- Sound understanding of the commercial insurance and claims
- A sound understanding of Quality Assurance practices and root cause analysis
