Job Description: We are currently seeking versatile and dedicated individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaners & General Labourers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial spaces, as well as assisting with general labour tasks and waste management duties.

Responsibilities:
- Elevate the cleaning outcomes for our commercial clients throughout the north-eastern Victoria region including Glenrowan, Wangaratta, Wodonga, Myrtleford, Bright & Mount Beauty. Take the helm of this service and lead the charge towards absolute customer & community satisfaction.
- Keep our cleaning equipment and supplies in top-notch condition, always ready for action.
- Maintain open lines of communication with management, ensuring service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, turning complaints into opportunities for service improvement.
- Innovate and strategize ways to enhance our cleaning service delivery, making every task a masterpiece.
- Execute all cleaning tasks in strict accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Alert management to any maintenance or repair issues promptly, keeping our operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
