We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Contracts Manager to lead strategic initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive complex commercial negotiations for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and cultivating commercial opportunities aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Managing diverse internal and external stakeholders to optimize commercial outcomes.
- Leading complex negotiations to ensure best value for our organization.
- Developing and executing long-term strategies to achieve program success.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and professional standards.
Key qualifications and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience working within commercial construction or large infrastructure projects and/or mining background, well regarded
- Degree Qualified in Business, Commerce, Engineering and/or Law
- Strong strategic acumen and commitment to innovative energy solutions.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing contract strategies, including ECI, EPC, and strategic relationship-based arrangements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on results.
- Thorough understanding of Contract Law, Construction Law, and relevant regulations.
