We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Contracts Manager to lead strategic initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive complex commercial negotiations for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and cultivating commercial opportunities aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Managing diverse internal and external stakeholders to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Leading complex negotiations to ensure best value for our organization.
• Developing and executing long-term strategies to achieve program success.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and professional standards.

Key qualifications and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience working within commercial construction or large infrastructure projects and/or mining background, well regarded
• Degree Qualified in Business, Commerce, Engineering and/or Law
• Strong strategic acumen and commitment to innovative energy solutions.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing contract strategies, including ECI, EPC, and strategic relationship-based arrangements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on results.
• Thorough understanding of Contract Law, Construction Law, and relevant regulations.
