The group's assets are held in beneficial .Your next exciting career opportunity -We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team at BMT. This role could be based in Perth, alongside our Senior Commercial Partner, or in any of our other major offices across Australia.This role provides an opportunity for someone to further their career in commercial management by being involved in managing and reviewing new contracts, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations.In this role we will support you to:Coordinate commercial activities including reviewing contracts, preparing contract summaries, and assisting with negotiations.Maintain and update customer databases, records, and commercial documentation.Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and procurement departments.Assist in the preparation and validation of commercial offers, contracts, and bids.Ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies in all commercial transactions.Address and resolve client queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.Participate in meetings and provide administrative support to the commercial team.Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills:A degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficient in the use of office software and CRM systems.Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.Knowledgeable in commercial processes and customer service.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Travel to APAC client locations, conference locations or other BMT offices on occasion (which may be interstate or overseas) as and when required.Our Benefits -Our are designed to ensure you have the resources you need to thrive.
