Are you a dynamic marketing or graphic design professional with a passion for raising the bar on what’s possible? We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Job Share) to join our thriving team and play a key role in supporting our agency team and making us stand out!

About Us: Raine & Horne Commercial WA is an established full service commercial / industrial property agency dedicated to delivering exceptional service in sales, leasing and commercial property management.

We're seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the team with the administration and marketing of commercial properties and help drive our marketing efforts to new heights. The successful candidate must be an organised multitasker able to handle a range of tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Support our agency team with creating, publishing and managing online property listings.
• Create property marketing collateral; brochures, signage, information memorandums and other collateral as required.
• Coordinate rollout of property marketing campaigns across digital, print and media.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and database email marketing.
• Log and review marketing billings.
• Client CRM database and website management.
• General admin and office support including IT support.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills
• Working knowledge or experience of Adobe Suite is highly regarded. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing and design tools and platforms 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Sharepoint
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or related industry will be highly regarded.
• Some understanding of IT systems would be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design are a plus!
