About you:
Demonstrates a balance of autonomy and excellent teamwork skills;
Exhibits a commercial mindset coupled with a curious nature;
Proficient in both verbal and written communication;
Holds 1-4 years of post-qualification experience;
Strong file organisation and time management;
Possesses exemplary drafting abilities;
A commercially savvy approach, ensuring alignment between clients' legal requirements and business goals.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, encompassing supply agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, customer agreements, and service agreements;
Providing counsel on suitable business or corporate frameworks tailored to clients' requirements;
Offers guidance to clients on corporate compliance matters;
Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, unitholder agreements and joint venture agreements,
Acting in M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence investigations and drafting key transaction agreements with the assistance of experienced M&A lawyers;
Drafting and assisting with the implementation of corporate restructures.
