Western Parkland City Authority are currently seeking to appoint a Corporate Services Support Officer who will be the first point of contact for WPCA, based on site in Penrith and/or Bradfield City Centre.
About the role
The Corporate Services Support Officer will provide highly efficient and effective concierge services helping to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues and undertake a broad range of business support activities.
As a Corporate Services Support Officer, you will:
- Warmly greet and welcome members of the public, guests and staff attending the WPCA offices in a friendly and professional manner, including maintaining the daily visitor register ensuring passes are processed and ready for guest arrival.
- Be required to coordinate meetings and events, including maintaining meeting room and public spaces ensuring they are clean, tidy, stocked, and set up appropriately for desired requirements.
- Have a high standard of customer service to successfully address enquiries (phone, email and mail) to ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence and travel bookings to support the effective operation of the WPCA.
About You
As our Corporate Services Support Officer, demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond, identifying new opportunities to improve service and exercise sound judgement and manage work activities in a timely manner to provide a quality service in a busy work environment of competing stakeholder demands and changing work priorities. Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS office suite desirable.

- Successful experience in providing business support services to a varied organisation

- Relevant professional experience and training.
