The Division of Infrastructure and Commercial fosters a strategic approach to planning, development, and maintenance of the University's built infrastructure, properties, and commercial activities.

About the Role
The Division of Infrastructure and Commercial is seeking a Commercial Development Project Officer to provide support on key commercial and development projects within the Division.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key commercial and development projects within our division. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing external project professionals, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and external agencies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the management of vital commercial and development initiatives, while crafting compelling correspondence and briefing papers.
One of the highlights of this position will be your involvement in managing Unsolicited Proposals received in our Division, as well as managing and coordinating the Divisions responses to any on-market processes, including EOI’s and RFP’s. Your expertise will ensure that all assigned project works align with relevant commercial, statutory, and legislative requirements. Moreover, you will regularly communicate with internal clients, keeping them informed about project progress, outcomes, and expected completion dates.
While a legal background is preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds such as construction, finance, architecture, engineering, or similar fields. We value individuals who bring a distinct level of expertise and perspective to our collaborative environment.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $113,831 to $122,779 p.a. (comprising Salary of $96,189 to $103,750 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
