ABOUT THE JOB
- Responsible for the Commercial Development of the Australian cruise business for key clients.
- Preparation of financial and content proposals according to client specifications & deadlines
- Achieve competitive rates and attractive margins with clients through client negotiations by developing ideas for Shorex, Pre and Post, Overland programs alongside the Supply Management team
- Work to grow the region through client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Operations & Port Deliver teams
- Working with the Operations & Port Delivery teams to ensure alignment between Quoted and delivered services ensuring a profitable and sustainable program
- Ownership of the communication and relationships with cruise clients that visit the region
- Previous experience in the cruise industry would be desirable
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills
- Geographical knowledge of Australia
- Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Methodical, organized and prioritizing approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks.
- The ability to work under multiple deadlines
