Reporting to the Head of Taste, APAC, the Commercial Director for Taste Texture and Health Taste division will cover Australia, New Zealand and the pacific islands. This is a mature market with a team of commercial, technical, marketing and creation. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the Taste business including strategy, business plan & growth, people & customer engagement & satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities
- Build a successful team according to business objectives and needs, including recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Motivate, coach and support sales team in their account management role, both with clients and internally
- Have a strong strategic vision of business, identify business potentials, competitive landscape and new business opportunities
- Manage commercial agreements and working processes with co-packers located in the affiliate/area
- Lead all commercial activities in the respective field of responsibility
- Define strategies for the affiliate/area, establish priorities and action plans for the team to reach objectives
You bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent(business administration, economics, marketing)
- 6+ years of successful flavour/fragrance/ingredient sales experience, ideally international, with multiple clients
- Experience in building a successful team, including coaching and team management
- Ability to drive successfully business vitality and results vs. objectives
- Experience in developing successfully client relationship, influence clients
- Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills
