The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will see you working within a progressive and supportive team. Your roles and responsibilities will include (not limited too):

• Highly commercial role - cross functional collaboration with internal and external, finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Create plans, budgets, and forecasts by working closely with the sales & operational teams
• Manage the preparation of the capital forecast
• Product costing & stock takes
• Regularly review and update the product cost and pricing structure and ensure standard cost accuracy to enable better decision making
• Support the business to establish efficient processes to maintain master data (e.g., BOMs, routes, item master data)
• Support warehouse staff that perform monthly cycle count stock takes, including analysis of outcomes to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in annual physical stock-takes as necessary
• Work with sites to build capability of business leaders and stakeholders on effective cost management and management accounting practice

The Person
You will be an experienced Finance Business Partner / Commercial Financial Analyst with advanced MS Excel experience. Skills will include:

• Experience from a large complex organisation or high volume environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
