AddressOur client is a well-known Real Estate Agency in Sydney that specialised in Residential and Commercial property transactions and management. They are looking for a Commercial Leasing Manager to join their big family.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly analyse local and regional market trends to stay informed about commercial real estate conditions. Use insights to identify leasing opportunities and devise strategies to capitalise on market conditions.
- Actively seek out and attract new tenants by promoting available properties through various channels, including digital marketing, real estate listings, and networking events. Tailor marketing strategies to target specific industries and business types.
- Engage with potential tenants to negotiate lease terms professionally and conclude with terms favorable, as well as that meet both the tenant’s needs and the company’s objectives.
- Prepare, review, and finalise leasing documents such as contracts, lease agreements, incentive deeds and disclosure statements that are complied with legal requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the lease period.
- Work towards specific leasing targets as set by the company. Focus on meeting or exceeding these targets to contribute to the company’s overall financial goals.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as property management and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to property leasing.
- Regularly report leasing activity and performance metrics to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on leasing outcomes and market conditions.
- Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in Commercial Leasing practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Commercial Leasing.
- Able to manage the entire leasing process, from signing leasing agency agreements to guiding solicitors in finalizing lease agreements, incentive deeds and disclosure statements.
- Strong knowledge of the latest market trend.
- Capable of leasing commercial offices and retail shops.
- Passionate about leasing work and skilled at working with the team to achieve the goals.
