Most recently, they have identified a new role at the mid-level, for an Associate level or Senior Associate level lawyer to bolster the existing team. It is an exciting time to join the firm, as it has developed its offering to its staff in order to attract and retain top talent.
About You
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience gained in Commercial Litigation.
In this role you will manage litigation and the resolution of commercial disputes across a broad spectrum of matters including corporate governance, construction and engineering, contract enforcement, partnerships, professional negligence, intellectual property and insolvency situations.
You will advise clients in the media, construction, property, transport, resources and agribusiness industries.
Rarely for this space, you will enjoy working on quality disputes, with little court work, as you focus on dispute resolution.
You will have the requisite support of both junior and senior team members. There will also be a mentoring element to this role, as you mentor the junior solicitor, clerks and paralegals on the team.
