Together, we seek an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster in Canberra to work Claims.

What will you be doing?
    • Assessment Expertise: Use your skills to create detailed Commercial damage assessments for insurance claims, accurately figuring out what needs to be done.
    • Case Management: Manage a collection of commercial claims. Settle claims after determining insurance carrier’s liability, client’s instructions, and authority levels required by obtaining demands and making offers to claimants, issuing settlement recommendations, making filings with regulatory agencies, disposing of salvage & pursuing subrogation when appropriate.
    • Project Management: Take control of your tasks, deadlines, and repair costs to make sure claims are settled smoothly.
    • Customer-focused Approach: Build great relationships with clients by giving them amazing experiences, making our brand stand out.
    • Communication Skills: Show off your ability to write and talk well, and use computers effectively to keep things running smoothly and talk to everyone involved.
What experience would work well?
    • Loss adjusting qualification preferred or applicable professional qualification.
    • Member of the chartered Institute of Loss Adjusting 
    • Previous commercial, residential or strata experience as a loss adjuster. 
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ambitious attitude.
    • A valid drivers license.
    • Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft Office suite.
