About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Point Cook, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Restoration Projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, adherence to timelines, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Restoration Projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Prepare and review project documentation, including scopes of work, estimates, and progress reports.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restoration industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Relevant qualifications in project management or restoration services preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
