Role - Commercial Major & Complex Loss Supervisor Brisbane
Join their Brisbane team & manage the end to end delivery of complex and Major Loss insurance (residential & commercial) repair/rebuild projects.

Duties

• Review each project in depth to determine deliverables, schedules & cost estimates
• Negotiate & draft contracts, obtain required permits, communicate with consultants,
• Manage and grow relationships with Insurance Representatives & Loss Adjusters in the region
• Engage, schedule & coordinate trades to complete projects to time & budget
• Forward plan & develop contingencies to mitigate delays, analyse & manage risk related to WHS
• Be supported by an extensive internal team, ensuring your success

Experience

• Strong experience supervising building works with exposure to Major Loss insurance repairs OR experienced Insurance Supervisor PLUS
• Extensive knowledge of building codes & WHS, with a commitment to safety
• Great communication & customer service, caring & professional approach
• Microsoft office experience with ability to learn, user friendly systems including mobile apps
