The Role:
We are currently seeking a Large Loss Site Supervisor to join our team in Rockhampton. This is a great opportunity to use your local experience and networks and make an immediate impact on the business. Liaising regularly with all stakeholders to engage, coordinate and schedule trades and suppliers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising Large-loss projects and delivering outstanding results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of insurance jobs from commencement to completion
- Successfully manage multiple works in progress
- Monitor quality audit reports & ensure items are actioned accordingly
- Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events
- Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
- Liaise between clients & insurance companies
- Build beneficial relationships to ensure ongoing repeat business
- Cost Reporting & attend & contribute to meetings as required
- Dispute/issue resolution, as required
- Ensure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & relevant documentation are signed off
- Ensure purchase order processes are followed
- Follow all company OH&S policies
- QBCC Supervisors License required (Open Class Preferable)
- Background in commercial construction
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Relationship building skills and a great work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Computer literacy
- Understanding of OH&S practices, legislation, regulations, and current market rates/trades
- Current motor vehicle license
