The Company
MPS Connect has more than 20 years’ experience in medication management. Today, we specialise in providing total medication management solutions to the aged care industry in two ways. The first is our MPS Medica medication management software that connects GPs to pharmacists to aged care facilities, their care staff and residents. It saves time, minimises documentation and reduces preventable medications incidents.
The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role will see you providing strategic planning, reporting & commercial support to the MPS business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Forecasting & management of cashflow
Regular reporting & analysis of results internally & externally, as required
Identifying and reporting financial risk
Manage annual budget & rolling forecasts
Leadership of small finance team, driving process improvements and integration within the business
We are looking for:
Proven experience in a financial leadership role
CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
Previous experience working with a Board of Directors, bankers and external advisers
Experience in an ASX-listed company environment
Principled, values-driven leader with a strong record of effective management
