We are looking for a Commercial Real estate Administrator to support our hard working and growing Commercial Property Management department.
On a day to day basis, some key activities will be:
- Lease Administration
- Property Inspections and Maintenance
- Financial Administration
- Database Management (Re-Leased)
- Documentation and Filing
- Assisting with building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
- Compliance
- Marketing
You don’t need to have specialty knowledge or experience for this role. We are simply looking for someone who is hard working, quick learner, good at multi-tasking and wanting to create a career in Real Estate with a strong interest in Commercial Property Management.
This is a very important and exciting role, where you will be a representative of the entire NAI Harcourts Pinnacle team. We are a growing department and so there will be career development available should you want it and show it.

Please note that the successful applicant will need to do a 5 day course to get a real estate certificate if they are successful (unless you already hold one).
