New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment projects you will be exposed to a variety of projects ranging from $2m - $20m. The Role Site Manager joining a well established team and taking control of commercial New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment projects.
Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market As Site manager you will take responsibility for all onsite duties running your own projects end to end Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects across both new build and fitout/refurbishment Current First Aid Certificate required QBCC Site Supervisor License
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
