MK Talent is on the hunt for a talented and driven Project Manager to oversee commercial Signage works in our dynamic and growing print company, based in Mulgrave. This permanent, full-time Monday to Friday position, offers a unique chance to manage a variety of projects, from simple signage orders to complex, months-long endeavors.
In this pivotal role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them from the initial briefing through to the final installation. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Directly receiving briefings for commercial Signage projects from clients or our internal teams.
- Consulting with clients on-site alongside our internal departments to understand project requirements fully.
- Crafting quotations in line with our pricing policies and initiating work orders.
- Liaising with suppliers, our art department, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitoring project progress to manage costs and timelines effectively, making necessary adjustments along the way.
- Organizing and overseeing commercial installations, ensuring all permits and policies are adhered to.
- Finalizing work orders and overseeing the invoicing process.
Under the guidance of our Business Development and Commercial Operations Manager, you'll have your own set of customers and projects, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts by participating in team meetings and offering insights to enhance workflows and processes.
Who We're Looking For:
You are an experienced Project Manager who's had some experience with signage or something similar. Alternatively, you have been working in signage for some time and are wanting to get off the tools and progress your career into Project Managment. But at the end of the day, you possess the following:
- Exceptional communicator with a knack for building relationships.
- Individuals with a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks without losing sight of priorities.
- Professionals with an understanding of signage (or something relevant), project management, and OH&S regulations.
