Operating across the Inner West and Southwest marketplaces, we are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our experienced and award-winning team. Working within the core of our business, we're looking for an individual who is organised, self-motivated and focused on delivering good outcomes for our clients.

In your role as a Commercial Property Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
- Day to day management of commercial assets
- Manage critical dates within your portfolio to ensure leases are up to date
- Liase with business owners and large corporations on all property matters
- Conduct rent reviews on small to large assets
The ideal person for this role will have:
- A customer-centric approach to real estate with strong interpersonal skills
- 2+ years’ experience within a Commercial Property management role
- Certificate of Registration with a view to getting your Class 2 License
- A love for all things property + people
