We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse Commercial Government Portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills, who has 1 - 2 years experience with Commercial Property Management or has worked as a Lease Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 350 properties, including commercial, retail, community, and industrial assets, with an annual rent roll of $13M.
- Handle lease transactions such as renewals, agreements for lease, construction licenses, etc., collaborating with lawyers and clients.
- Oversee Portfolio Critical Dates and Budgets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
Position Details:
- Supported by a Lease Administrator, Facilities Manager, and Finance team.
- Full-time role, salary range: $90-120k per annum + super.
- Based in the CBD and offering flexible work conditions after training.
