The Company:

The Gibbens Group, are a Central Coast based property developer and management company.  The business has a number of high profile sites which it owns and manages across the Central Coast and Hunter Region.  

The existing property portfolio includes a number of high profile national tenants with a pipeline for future developments to expand the portfolio.

The Opportunity:

The role of Commercial Property Manager is crucial in driving the performance of the existing property portfolio. It is a dynamic role that will see the successful candidate involved in a broad range of tasks related to both property development and management. We are seeking a highly driven person with property related industry experience to fill this role. 

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities are many and varied, but in a typical week might include:

• Lease preparation
• Arrears collection
• Rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations
• Inspections ingoing / outgoing / periodic
• Manage and administer an existing portfolio
• Handle repairs & maintenance and renovations/make-goods
• Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
• Negotiating new leases / market reviews and options
• Advising clients on value add property investment strategy

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a property related role
