The Gibbens Group, are a Central Coast based property developer and management company. The business has a number of high profile sites which it owns and manages across the Central Coast and Hunter Region.
The existing property portfolio includes a number of high profile national tenants with a pipeline for future developments to expand the portfolio.
The Opportunity:
The role of Commercial Property Manager is crucial in driving the performance of the existing property portfolio. It is a dynamic role that will see the successful candidate involved in a broad range of tasks related to both property development and management. We are seeking a highly driven person with property related industry experience to fill this role.
Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities are many and varied, but in a typical week might include:
- Lease preparation
- Arrears collection
- Rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations
- Inspections ingoing / outgoing / periodic
- Manage and administer an existing portfolio
- Handle repairs & maintenance and renovations/make-goods
- Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Negotiating new leases / market reviews and options
- Advising clients on value add property investment strategy

- Be commercially savvy
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Office and ERP systems generally
- Impeccable presentation
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a property related role
