We currently have an opportunity for the right person to join our growing team within our dynamic property management department.
The role & responsibilities
- Management of an Industrial & Commercial Property Portfolio
- Co-ordinating property repairs and maintenance
- Conducting entry and exist inspections and condition reports
- Conducting lease renewals, option renewals and rent reviews
- Effective management of rental and outgoing arrears
- Regular communication with clients
- Preparation of lease and other documentation
You will have
- High attention to detail
- A positive attitude
- High levels of motivation and energy
- Able to work in a team environment
- Prior property management experience preferred but not essential
- Profession and effective communication skills
- A high desire to learn and develop.
- Outstanding time management skills
- Completed agents representative certificate or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
