Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales campaigns, from conception to execution
- Conduct property open inspections, viewings, and presentations with finesse
- Cultivate strong client and buyer relationships through effective communication
- Dive deep into market research to identify potential clients and stay ahead of industry trends
- Drive prospecting and lead generation activities to uncover new opportunities
- Receive comprehensive marketing support to craft compelling sales materials
- Network and represent the brand at industry events and functions
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in Real Estate or commercial property
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of Project and Commercial Sales processes and regulations
