About the Role:
Adelaide United Football Club is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join its Commercial Team as a Commercial Sales Consultant. Adelaide United is dedicated to achieving excellence both on and off the field and are looking for a passionate professional to contribute to their continued success.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, as the Commercial Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through corporate hospitality and mid-tier partnerships. This position is ideal for an energetic and results-driven individual who is adept at building and maintaining client relationships, while also possessing strong organisational and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will also provide crucial support in day-to-day operations within the commercial team.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Corporate Hospitality Sales:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximise corporate hospitality sales, including matchday experiences and special events.
- Identify and target potential clients, fostering relationships to secure partnerships and enhance the overall fan and client experience.
- Manage and grow the portfolio of mid-tier partnerships, ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customised partnership proposals that align with the needs and goals of potential partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor offerings to meet their unique needs.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the commercial team, including administrative tasks, coordination of meetings, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
