Currently seeking a Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate to join a growing department, this is a role for someone with an understanding of the dynamic Northern Beaches market and the ability to maintain strong, long-standing relationships with loyal clients!
This Role Will Involve:
- Prospecting for new business
- Attending to all inquiries
- Building new relationships with prospective clients
- Undertaking inspections
- Negotiating leases and sale price
- Supporting and shadowing the Managing Directors on a day-to-day basis with the transition path to becoming a standalone agent
You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in residential or Commercial Sales or leasing.
- Strong desire to succeed in the industry
- Not afraid to pick up the phone to canvass and seek out new business
- Have the ability to influence and negotiate
- Professional work ethic with integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
