Commercial Sales Representative
The Australian Bedding Company is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to service and expand our customers in the ‘Commercial Accommodation’ industry.
The position is based in Mitchell, Canberra, servicing customers are all over Australia and will require local and some interstate travel.
After 25 years in business, we have a strong existing customer base which gives a great opportunity, when promoting our products and services to new customers.
If you have a background in customer service and are driven by ‘Customer Satisfaction Outcomes’ this is the position for you. A knowledge of the commercial furniture or related industries would be an advantage, but not mandatory as relevant product training will be given to the successful candidate.
The role
Is for a full time Commercial Sales Representative. The right person will be a vital part of the team. You will be expected to provide first-class customer service, demonstrating product knowledge to achieve successful and personalised solutions to customers in our national database.
- Maintain & grow customer relationships via face to face and electronic interfaces.
- Commitment in achieving customer satisfaction through the entire sales process, from initial contact, product specification, ordering and follow up after job completion.
- Ability to service our customers both locally and interstate while managing priorities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills are a necessity of the position.
- Reporting on customer and contacts to Commercial Accounts Manager.
Required skills and attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven workflow and self-management capability including time organisation, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills.
Experience in developing and maintaining great relationships with customers.
Passion to exceed individual sales targets.
Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service.
Full drivers’ licence with ability to drive a manual vehicle.
