Form of workTotal ToolsWarners Bay is looking for a Full-Time Commercial Sales SupportTeam Member, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of Team Members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Reporting to the Commercial Accounts Support Manager
- Prompt communication with both commercial customers, Suppliers, and fellow Team Members
- Quoting and sourcing for commercial customer requirements
- Following administrative processes and administrative reports and the follow up thereof
- Involvement in picking, packing, and the delivery process

- 10 day Fortnight - Monday to Friday
- No Weekend work required
- Ability to identify sales opportunities
- Previous Experience sourcing, quoting, and supplying to Commercial Customers essential
- Previous Tool Experience and knowledge required
- Previous Customer Service Experience required
- Back of house hands on & administrative role
- Eye for Detail and ability to adhere to procedure
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment
- Previous experience using “Pronto” preferred but not essential
- Flexible roster opportunities
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ablility to quickly move from one task to another, based on changing priorities
