DXC.comYour new roleWe are seeking a Project Control Analyst (PCA) who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on project progress along with the delivery of analytical expertise with the objective of improving project performance and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.You will apply and maintain PM standards through strong governance, implement and manager weekly control cycle and governance calendar, maintain program issues and risks, assist in reporting and tracking all program requirements and deliverables.Your skills and experienceExperience working within a program management office supporting large programs with multiple projects and project managersExperience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary teamStrong administrative and Microsoft Office skills including Power BIGood Interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clientsStrong Organizational skills to balance and prioritize workAnalytical and problem solving skillsAble to work independently and meet deadlinesTeam player who is very proactiveAbility to deal with ambiguity and changeA good understanding of Project Management Principles.Due to the nature of the role you hold a Negative Vetting 1 (or higher) Defence security clearance.DXC Culture & BenefitsDXC Technology is dedicated to ‘putting its people first’.
