Role Summary:
In this role as a Commercial Site Classification Executive you will be part of the Commercial and Operations Team and assisting with the site classification data input into the move system, including ongoing system maintenance and audits.
Key responsibilities:
- Continual review of various attribute changes/updates for each product made within internal systems and then updating these in the MOVE System.
- Pointing out any system limitations or issues to Site Classification (SC) lead.
- Assisting SC lead with audits of data.
- Assisting SC lead with preparing reports from various systems.
- Liaising with internal teams to source any missing attributes across various products.
- Ad hoc assistance within the Commercial Operations team tasks across all products when required
What we need from you:
- Experienced in MS office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail.
- Media industry experience desirable although not essential
- Exposure with data sorting + auditing would be desirable
