We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers for Perth based and remote construction projects.  Candidates with diverse experience including industrial, multistorey residential and high rise are all encouraged to apply.

Ideally you will have the following. 

• Proven experience effectively managing site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Ability to lead, manage, and coordinate subcontractors ensuring all work meets the required quality and safety standards. 
• Track record of strict adherence to OHS and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Capacity to work effectively in project management teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• A focus  on ensuring the quality of workmanship, addressing any deficiencies immediately.
• Experience in site management within the commercial construction sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from $2M – 100M+
• Excellent people management skills.
• Highly organised, enthusiastic, and capable of working to tight deadlines.
• Tilt panel ticket and White Card.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Fit out Supervisor, or Site Manager. Project managers require a minimum of eight years leadership experience. 
• IT literate, with proficiency in using project management software.
