 As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor working closely with the Director, General Manager and Project Team to oversee and coordinate the internal fit out package, from scoping, execution and final completion on an $850m City Centre Landmark Project. Project handover late 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with running projects from start to finish
• Ability to run a team of 30 + tradesmen.
• Ability to instruct and manage tradesmen.
• Attend and minute weekly meetings 
• Developing construction methodology, schedules. 
• Requesting quotes from and managing supply chains relevant to the project
• Planning, resourcing and onboarding labour requirements and mobilisations
• Managing project costs, budget, scope of works and project execution to ensure project compliance
• Overseeing site project execution, HSE support, QAQC and close out
• Ensure adherence to Client QAQC requirements, as well as company policies, plans and procedures
• Supplier procurement and placing orders
• Assess documentation, complete quantity take off accurately and identify discrepancies
• Manage RFI’s internally and with the client
• Completing programs and updating programs both short and long range (Microsoft project)
• Support the coordination and management of projects alongside the project team
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure that all business activities comply with all legislative/statutory obligations, company policies, codes, standards, procedures and specific company instructions or guidelines
• Demonstrate Duty of Care by ensuring the health, safety and welfare of others in the workplace
• Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on project progress and performance
• Assisting the Director, General Manager and the project team as and when required

About You

• Experienced tradesman i.e., Ceiling Fixer, Carpenter
• Previous Supervisor experience
• Motivated, enthusiastic, team player with a great attitude
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, Aconex
• Experience with large construction projects as well as local project exposure
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to effectively interface with people at all levels
• Professional personal presentation
• Attention to detail, ability to take initiative, reliable, stress tolerant
• Self-development and keeping up to date and applying new and revised processes and information
