The Role
Our client is seeking a Australian Citizen Defence Security Cleared Commercial Support Officer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal to the success of our projects, offering a diverse range of responsibilities in Commercial Support and contract administration within the Defence sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform contract administration tasks, including reviewing and contributing to commercial documents.
• Engage with stakeholders including management, staff, customers, contractors, and external organisations.
• Prepare correspondence and reports as directed by management.
• Conduct data management and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Offer advice and assistance on commercial matters as required.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support project needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Prior experience within the Defence industry is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in contract management and administration.
• Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Minimum NV1 security clearance is mandatory, with the ability to upgrade if necessary.
