The Role
Our client is seeking a Australian Citizen Defence Security Cleared Commercial Support Officer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal to the success of our projects, offering a diverse range of responsibilities in Commercial Support and contract administration within the Defence sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform contract administration tasks, including reviewing and contributing to commercial documents.
Engage with stakeholders including management, staff, customers, contractors, and external organisations.
Prepare correspondence and reports as directed by management.
Conduct data management and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Offer advice and assistance on commercial matters as required.
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support project needs.
Skills & Experience Required:
Prior experience within the Defence industry is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience in contract management and administration.
Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum NV1 security clearance is mandatory, with the ability to upgrade if necessary.
