Out client is a leading national law firm. Our client is known for their exceptional client service and they have an established client base of local and international clients,a nd many are household name clients.
A flavour of the work will include:
- general commercial work as well corporate transactions
- regulatory advice
- IT transactions, IP licensing agreements
- consumer and competition law advice
- corporate governance and compliance
- advising on IP and copyright
- cross-border transactions
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Around 1 to 4 years pae in the area of commercial/corporate law or intellectual property & technology law (or you are a commercial lawyer with some IP/IT experience)
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a committed team
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm, energy and passion for the area of technology law
