Form of workAn opportunity exists for a lawyer with approximately 2-4 years PQE to join our Corporate, Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group in the Sydney office. This practice group is a collaborative and supportive team, and the successful applicant will work with Partner, Richard Chew.
Our global technology transactions team exists to guide clients through every type of technology transaction and help them succeed. We work collaboratively to manage and reduce risk. Our experience encompasses developing and negotiating product development and product supply terms and conditions, including bespoke technology and intellectual property (IP) licensing transactions and innovative software as a service solutions.
About the role
This role will provide you with the opportunity to build capability in providing legal and commercial solutions in the technology and sourcing arena.

About you
You will ideally have 2+ years PQE experience within a large project focused practice, with the ability to work independently. You enjoy collaborating and possess a high level of energy, flexibility and drive to meet client requirements across a variety of areas.
Experience working with clients from technology based industries will be viewed favourably, and candidates with experience working on large projects in construction and infrastructure will also be of particular interest.
You will ideally have experience from a similar firm working on sophisticated IT matters. You should be proactive in your approach and possess strong problem solving skills. A high level of client service is expected as are excellent organisation, written and oral communication skills.
